AI search for franchise systems and multi-brand companies
To a search engine, a franchise or a multi-brand company is two things at once: one parent, and many locations or brands. DIAP Media is built the same way, a parent company with its own agency brands, and it sets up both levels so Google and the AI engines read them correctly. Three locations cost $2,000 per month.

| Local SEO, AI SEO included | $800/mo |
|---|---|
| Multi-Local Plus, up to 3 locations | $2,000/mo |
| Each additional location | $800/mo |
Two levels to get right
Most franchise SEO stops at the locations. AI engines also ask who the parent is, what it owns and whether the pieces belong together.
The parent
One organization with one legal name, one founding year and one list of brands, stated the same way on its site, its profiles and its listings.
Each location or brand
Its own Google Business Profile and its own page, written from that location’s market so it cannot be swapped with another.
The link between them
Every location page names its brand, and every brand names its parent, in the text and in the page’s structured data. That link is what lets an engine treat fifty pages as one company.
One record
Map positions and AI citations for the parent and for every location, in one monthly report, so head office and each owner see the same numbers.
What Google’s rules allow
Google’s Business Profile guidelines decide how many profiles a company may have. These are the rules that matter most to a franchise or a group of brands.
| One profile per location | Google does not allow more than one profile for each location of a business. |
|---|---|
| Service-area businesses | One profile for the central office or location, with a designated service area. Not one for every city served. |
| Two brands at one address | Each may have its own profile only if the brands operate independently. Two brand names must not be combined in one profile. |
| Ten or more locations | Can be added, verified and managed in bulk. |
| The business name | Unnecessary information in the business name is not permitted. |

What Google showed for two franchise searches
These were the steadiest AI Overviews DIAP Media checked that day. On a second look two minutes later, every source visible the first time was still there.
| Search | AI Overview shown | What the page drew on |
|---|---|---|
| “franchise seo agency” | Yes, with 8 sources. Checked at 19:48 UTC. | YouTube, agency sites and a software vendor. The same sources were there at 19:50. |
| “multi location seo agency” | Yes, with 10 sources. Checked at 19:48 UTC. | Agency sites. The same sources were there at 19:50, with a software vendor and YouTube among the ten. |
One limit to know: AI Overviews appear and disappear from one check to the next, and their sources change each time. Being cited is measured over many runs of the same questions, and nobody can guarantee it. How DIAP Media measures AI search
DIAP Media is a multi-brand company itself
Digital Internet Advertising Properties, LLC was formed in 2006 and trades as DIAP Media. It owns and runs agency brands in three markets, and it has had to make engines read them as one family.
Lifted Websites is a trading name of the company. Tucson SEO, Philly SEO, Internet Marketing Phoenix and Matte Black Digital are brands it owns. The parent’s site lists every one, with one published price sheet across all of them.
What it costs, by number of locations
The price is the same in any metro or state. It rises by $800 for each location after the third.
| Locations | Monthly price |
|---|---|
| 1 location | $800 |
| 3 locations | $2,000 |
| 4 locations | $2,800 |
| 5 locations | $3,600 |
| 6 locations | $4,400 |
| 10 locations | $7,600 |
Which DIAP Media brand fits
DIAP Media takes the parent. Its local SEO brand takes the single owner.

Franchise search questions
What is franchise SEO?
Franchise SEO is search work done at two levels: the brand as a whole, and each location. It covers a Google Business Profile and a page for every location, consistent facts across all of them, and reporting that shows the parent and each owner the same numbers.
How much does franchise SEO cost?
At DIAP Media, one location costs $800 per month and up to three cost $2,000. Each additional location is $800 per month, so six cost $4,400 and ten cost $7,600. National franchise systems are scoped as custom programs at $3,000 to $10,000+ per month. Prices are as of October 2026.
Can every franchise location have its own Google Business Profile?
Yes, one each. Google’s guidelines allow one profile per location and say businesses with ten or more locations can add, verify and manage them in bulk.
Can two brands share one address on Google?
Only if they operate independently. Google’s guidelines allow a separate profile for each brand at one location in that case, and they say two brand names must not be combined in a single profile.
How do AI engines treat a company with many brands?
Each name is a separate company to an AI engine until the sites, profiles and listings say otherwise. Stating the parent on every brand site, and the brands on the parent’s site, is what joins them.
How long does it take to see results?
Local and multi-location SEO usually shows its first measurable movement in 60 to 90 days and meaningful results in 3 to 6 months. AI search results usually take 2 to 4 months. These are expectations, not guarantees.
