Dental implant SEO is the work of making an implant practice the source Google, ChatGPT and other AI engines quote when a patient asks about implants, and the practice they find on the map. DIAP Media does it for implant groups, full-arch centers and practices with more than one office. It costs $2,000 per month for up to three offices, with AI SEO included.

| Multi-Local Plus, up to 3 offices | $2,000/mo |
|---|---|
| Each additional office | $800/mo |
| Dedicated GEO Program | $3,000 to $10,000+/mo |
Every search showed an AI Overview. For the three cost questions, the answer was built mostly from dental practices’ own pages about what implants cost. A practice with a clear cost page was the source. A practice without one was not in the answer.
| Search | AI Overview shown | What the answer drew on |
|---|---|---|
| “how much do dental implants cost” | Yes, with 11 sources. Checked at 01:44 UTC. | Mostly dental practices’ own cost pages, plus a national dental chain. |
| “all on 4 dental implants cost” | Yes, with 6 sources. Checked at 01:43 UTC. | Six dental practices, among them two periodontists and an oral surgery practice. No directory and no publisher. |
| “full mouth dental implants cost” | Yes, with 7 sources. Checked at 01:43 UTC. | Dental and oral surgery practices and a dental trade publication. |
| “are dental implants worth it” | Yes, with 8 sources. Checked at 01:43 UTC. | YouTube, Reddit, dental practices and a periodontal medicine site. |
| “dental implant seo” | Yes, with 5 sources. Checked at 01:41 UTC. | Dental marketing companies and YouTube. Two of the top nine results were a UK guide and a dental practice’s blog. |
One limit to know: AI Overviews appear and disappear from one check to the next, and their sources change each time. Being cited is measured over many runs of the same questions, and nobody can guarantee it. How DIAP Media measures AI search
Patients search for implant prices and full-arch treatment hundreds of times more often than practice owners search for dental implant SEO. The work is aimed at the patient’s searches.
| Search | US searches a month | What decides who appears |
|---|---|---|
| “dental implants near me” | 101,000 | The map. One Business Profile per office decides it |
| “all on 4 dental implants” | 54,000 | Full-arch treatment pages |
| “dental implants cost” | 41,000 | Cost pages, quoted by AI Overviews |
| “full mouth dental implants cost” | 28,000 | Cost pages, quoted by AI Overviews |
| “how much do dental implants cost” | 7,800 | Cost pages, quoted by AI Overviews |
| “all on 4 dental implants cost” | 3,100 | Cost pages, quoted by AI Overviews |
| “dental implant seo” | 90 | The search a practice owner makes |

For a group with several offices, dental implant SEO comes down to six pieces of work. The first one does the most for AI answers.
Single implant, implant bridge, All-on-4 or full arch, implant dentures. Each page opens with a price range and then the things that move it: bone grafting, extractions, sedation, the material of the final teeth. That is the passage an AI answer lifts. A page that says only “call for a quote” gives it nothing to quote.
“Dental implants near me” is decided on the map, office by office. Each office gets its own profile with implant services listed, and reviews asked for after treatment and answered.
How long implants last, who is a candidate, whether insurance covers them, bone grafting, and whether implants make sense at 70. Google’s AI answered each of these on the searches checked above. Each answer opens with the fact, in text an engine can read.
Doctors, credentials, treatments, hours and phone numbers agree across every office page, profile and directory listing, so Google and the AI engines read one group with several doors.
Call tracking ties each consult request to the office and the search that produced it, including visits that came from ChatGPT and Perplexity. AI citations are tracked monthly on a fixed list of patient questions.
Written from that office’s doctors, the treatments it offers and its own patients’ questions. A group with five offices has five different pages, not one page with five city names.
Each rule below is Google’s own. They decide how many profiles an implant group may have and what its pages need to be eligible for an AI answer.
| Showing in AI Overviews | A page has to be indexed and eligible to show with a snippet. Google names no special file or markup for its AI features |
|---|---|
| Structured data | It has to describe what is visibly on the page. Markup for prices or doctors the page does not show breaks Google’s policy |
| One profile per office | Each office of the practice can have its own Business Profile |
| A dentist’s own profile | Allowed when the dentist sees patients at that office during stated hours. The name on it is the dentist’s name only |
| Specialties | A dentist should not have one profile per specialty, so “implant dentist” and “cosmetic dentist” profiles for one person break the rules |

When this is not worth buying: a practice that places a handful of implants a year and has no cost page yet. Writing that one page, with a real price range, does more than a monthly program would.
Dental implant SEO for a group costs $2,000 per month for up to three offices, and $800 per month for each office after that, with AI SEO included. Five offices cost $3,600 per month.
| Multi-Local Plus | Up to 3 Google Business Profiles, one per office, plus unlimited location pages built at the plan’s monthly content pace. AI SEO included. Each additional profile is $800/mo. | $2,000/mo |
|---|---|---|
| Local SEO | One office and its core service area. AI SEO included. | $800/mo |
| Custom program or Dedicated GEO Program | For full-arch centers in competitive metros. Citation-share tracking and monthly prompt-probe reporting. Priced by competition and scoped in writing after a free audit. | $3,000 to $10,000+/mo |
Dental implant SEO is the work of getting an implant practice found by patients who search for implants: on the Google map, in the normal results, and inside AI answers from Google, ChatGPT and Perplexity. Most of it is cost pages, treatment pages and one Business Profile for each office.
At DIAP Media, dental implant SEO costs $800 per month for one office and $2,000 per month for up to three, with AI SEO included. Each additional office is $800 per month. Custom programs for full-arch centers in competitive markets cost $3,000 to $10,000+ per month. Prices are as of October 2026.
Yes, on the day DIAP Media checked. On 30 October 2026, “how much do dental implants cost”, “all on 4 dental implants cost” and “full mouth dental implants cost” each showed an AI Overview, built mostly from dental practices’ own cost pages.
On the searches DIAP Media checked, it quoted dental practices’ own pages that state a price range and what changes it. The All-on-4 cost answer drew on six practices and nothing else.
One for each office. A dentist who sees patients at an office during stated hours may also have a profile in their own name, but not one for each specialty.
Yes. Lifted Websites is a trading name of the same company as DIAP Media, and both use one price sheet. Lifted Websites’ dental implant SEO page is written for single practices. This page is for groups with several offices.
Most businesses see AI search results in 2 to 4 months. Engines that search the live web, such as Perplexity and ChatGPT Search, can cite new content within weeks, while brand authority typically takes 3 to 6 months to build. These are expectations, not guarantees.
The free audit asks Google’s AI and ChatGPT the questions your patients ask about implants and cost, for each of your offices, and shows which practices are named. The scope and the price come back in writing.
