It’s easy just use Proxy.org and click on any site in green in the right hand column and then enter the site that gave you the 403 error.

Don’t sweat it just follow the instructions above and you get to see all the “top secret” stuff they were blocking you from. You would think in this day an age of digital internet, sharing, social media, and transparency people wouldn’t block information especially from a blog? But believe it they do.
