<li>If you fix a website whether it is Local or National it is still the same process and still costs the same amount</li>
<li>If you are spending 5 hours on SEO for Local Search and your competitors are spending 50 hours still tough to compete.</li>

<li><a title="Google Maps" href="http://diapmedia.com/2009/09/good-video-on-google-local-business-center-google-local-maps/" target="_blank">Google Maps</a> is a great tool for ranking for local keyword phrases</li>
<li>Local does not equal &#8220;cheaper&#8221; or &#8220;lower cost&#8221; to optimize for the search engines.</li>

It is also great for local <a title="SEO" href="http://diapmedia.com/internet-marketing-services/seo-services//" target="_blank">organic </a><a href="http://diapmedia.com/internet-marketing-services/seo-services/" target="_blank">SEO (Search Engine Optimization)</a> and we have been finding on average a 10% click through rate which is about 4 times greater then the Pay Per Click ads which we also feel is important. Google has created 3 elements now to their search results page.</p>

<li>Google Maps</li>
<li> PPC (sponsored links)</li>
<li> and the &#8220;organic, free, natural&#8221; listings where you can show up on the &#8220;left hand side&#8221; of Google where most of the traffic comes from.</li>
